It’s great that this is catching on! That’s because I find that Discourse is one fabulous system for private support tickets and, when it works, it works wonderfully.
I know full well that this is not what Discourse is designed for, and that I’m trying to shoe-horn Discourse into doing something that it is not supposed to do, but between private in-boxes vs. the full glory and features of main topics, I’d choose the latter any day and continue to try shoe-horning…
